ohh and as a side point..the doctor in my case says my case is frivolous.  WHo should be the judge of what is or isnt?  I say let the courts decide not some politician in Washington who has no idea I or any one indivual exsists much less being privy to the facts of a case, of which a jury would be.           ----- Original Message ----- From: B.
