I work three days per week and I'm diligent on doing my weight shifts every
hour. I'm fortunate that the company that I work for is the same one I
work before I had injured. I explain to them that if they see me tilted
back, I'm only doing a weight shift so I do not get sores. When I get
hoisted out of my wheelchair at night and before I get into my
wheelchair in the morning I hang from my hoist for 15-20 minutes to do my bowel
program and to let the blood run to my rump. So far no sores.
