My second summer out of the hospital (I didn't do much my first summer out) I attended a Buccaneers game and it was so hot that I drank as much water as I could. Unfortunately, I was not aware that you could really drink too much water. I later passed out and ended up in the hospital because I had flushed all of my electrolytes out of my system. I wish they would have taught me more during a rehab. They kept restricting my water intake, but never explained to me the possibilities of what could occur if I did during too much.

Houston,I totally agree with you about handling the cold better than the heat. My first summer I ended up in the emergency room because of overheating problems. All they did was stick me underneath the air-conditioning vent.Jim
