I asked my wife and she said my urologist just started having us buy....0.25 acetic acid Irrigation. It is bought at pharmacy ready to use......may need your doctor to prescribe, also you can mix your own but check for proper ratio.......most urologists will know, It is the same as vinagar & water but mixed perfectly.                                                                       Dan
