Well, get used to it.:D Unless you put a catheter in, tape it in place and have it attached to a bed bag, you will be peeing every 3-4 hours. Actually thats good. I wake up naturally now every 2 hours if I need to or not. If I sleep for 3-4 hours that is a luxury! I do do a good amount of drinking at night. Plus my urologist said that when your up in the chair, liquids settle in the lower parts of your body. When you lay flat or have you legs elevated the fluid evens out and causes more peeing. I don't know if she was just appeasing me or not, but I 'always' pee more at night.
take care,

Dana

Subject: [QUAD-L] Night time

How many of you that don't have indwelling catheters have to pee during the night?? Those of you who don't pee during the night....what do you do to avoid or prevent it? I'm tired of waking up 3-4 hours and having pee. We want a break!! Thanks.......Amye
