I also wear a condom catheter and have way over 50% success.  I have my catheter changed every 36 hours or when needed.  I am so diligent on telling my PCA is to make sure that my catheter is untwisted and that the tubing is run straight as possible.  I also make sure that when I urinate while in my wheelchair that I am kept all the way forward to make sure everything flows downhill and I also where two 1000 CC leg bags.   Jim
