Howdy, Did they teach you about doing pressure releases? As a Para, you should be able to use your hands and arms to push down on either your wheels (make sure they're locked) or your arm rests to raise up off your butt several times per hr. (I've heard dif versions from every 10-20 min) As a quad I use my elbows. Do you have a trapeze over your bed? Pull ups can help. Can you roll onto your sides? Have you ever used a standing frame?
