I had a real good buddy who became a quad because he dived into a river in an area that was to shallow......he told us all , hey we are all going to die anyway and there is no way that I will live in this condition, He said i choose to give up... no way i'll live this quality of life. So he quit trying to eat or drink, gave up intrest in anything and died less than a few months later........SO NOT ALL WANT TO LIVE WITH A DIMINISHED QUALITY OF LIFE>>>>>I KNOW CAUSE THIS WAS MY FRIEND.                                                                                            Dan.
