The street improvements are a hassle. They are widening all the streets around here. But I'm surprised how green AZ is. Around here almost all developments are surrounded by greenbelts. Used for water runoff, etc. accross from my house is a T shaped greenbelt that is all grass, surrounded by trees and bushes. During the hevey rains it totally fills with water and I have lake front property for a few days. Our HOA rules say everyone must have 25% grass in the front yard and at least 2 trees. HOAs can get bad, but they do keep your neighborhood looking nice. Greg   ---------------  A life changer indeed Greg!  I look & feel 100% better (despite UTIs) after moving to Tucson.   84 here today and a balmy 74 evening.  You were SO LUCKY bnuying when you did!  That's NOW why we can't ... prices too high :-(   But all the building has been non-stop noise and dust & dirt for over a year.  Valley fev ercan occur because of this and they don't water it down as they should.
