Lori, I am not very computer savvy and before getting paralyzed had never used a computer. After my accident I got AOL and pay $24 a month--I have had them for almost 8 years now.I have thought of changing providers a few times but some people tell me I had better not because some don't have e-mail service and are not good for searching or looking up stuff on the net and so on........the money for each provider can be quite different--- are the services of all the different providers much different ? I am quite computer dumb and don't use my computer for web site or that type of thing. ( Funny my part time job is selling services by phone for a local computer service and support company )                                                                                              Dan
