It doesn't bother me quite so much if I am out with friends, but when in my apartment, it 'is' harder to keep your mind off of it, especially just sitting or even watching a movie. I agree, it is 'hard' on us to have company for a length of time.
Try and get their minds off of whatever 'they' are doing and hopefully will take a hint like asking them to get your pills, or supper, or a drink of water.
Be assertive but be nice about it. They should understand. Make sure you make it clear you want to continue seeing them, maybe even make another date, or follow up a few days later to set a date. On the days they stay too long, boy does that bed feel good! take care,
Dana

I have a tendancy to stay away of some of the things I used to enjoy. Its not as bad now, but every now and then something will come up that I used to enjoy but cannot participate now, so just stay away.

Hi Bobbie,
I've got to have a lot of natural light. The warmer the better because I can wear less, and so can everyone else! Give me a good sunrise and someone to share it with and my day is made. :-)

I'm been very depressed lately. What do you guys do to ward it "it" off? I've been listening to some of my favorite music and talking to friends and my sweetheart. Help ~ Bobbie
