Dear Dave, I didn't mean to sound like I condoned suicide. I don't. I do not, however, look at it as anything more than an effect of depression. Most of us get through our depression and go on. But, I will never lower my opinion of any one on this list because they succumbed to depression. I look at depression in the same way I view UTI's. They can be fatal and I sure hope there is a better life awaiting us all. If you do take that route please get your affairs in order and don't leave trivial notes blaming others. The world is aware of what you did and why you did it. If you mess up you will do time in a psych center and it won't be fun, so don't mix up a suicide attempt with a cry for help. Do not set up some elaborate event where some poor schmuck kills you accidentally. They don't deserve that on their conscience.   john
