Hi Corie, I know how you feel, I have been paralyzed almost 8 years, starting this year Jan.2005 the burning pain in my gut --butt and legs is almost unbearable. I don't take baclofen but My doc put me on elavil at bedtime which helps me to sleep at night.The pain in my gut or bladder drives me crazy some days. Ditropan seems to help a bit at times with this but just for a short time. I agree with you , if I could just be paralyzed without all the pain I'd love it !!!   LOL                                                      Dan
