John, you have a "Life Mission" to improve the path for others to follow. It should never be a problem but rather a Life's Project. It won't be easy in the beginning, but after the first few lawsuits for noncompliance, you will begin to notice some difference. You must not allow "Stupidity" to continue. 1st, you verbalize. 2nd, you file a lawsuit. 3rd, you win a few ... you lose a few.
