when i was in therapy i did sit ups every day.... have someone stand near hold your wrist and you pull up......diet should work some........

I'm not overweight, my arms are still pretty skinny, but my gut just hangs out. I look like a Buda. I use a binder, but that doesn't help much. I wonder if one of those muscle stimulators would work. I know it wont help lose weight, but maybe it might help tighten up loose muscles?
Anyone try it and or got any other ideas to help?
