Richard Simmons also has a seated aerobic workout.  It's called Sit Tight.  I like it a lot.  Some leg stuff but there are people in chairs in the video as well.

 Yes, two to three times a week I do Lisa Ericson's Seated Aerobic Workout.              I LOVE IT! I am C 4,5,6 what level are you? If you'd like I can tell you more about this exercise video.
