Well sorry Stunt but I think with all the loop  holes and tax  breaks the filthy  rich get this is at least one way to make them pay their share for a change or at least a small part of it.

It needs reformed not dismissed and the facts are the NFU or National Farmers Union agree and support this, so why would they support something that would put them out of business?

All the listed "Facts" are BS.
The Death Tax aka as estate tax IS taxing everything one has
accumalated after they die.
Those who have parts of the estate willed or inherited through other
means already pay an "inheritance tax", so it is an illegal double
taxation.
Hiding behind 3 in 10,000 American stats is nothing but more BS as most
Americans don't own their own businness or family farm/ranch.
The really rich have trusts which are already not part of the Estate
tax.
Since I've known ranchers who lost much of their land to pay taxes
after the death of their fathers and family farms that had to be sold
at a loss to corporations, I'd have to say those in NY are either liars
or only knowlegable about modern farms in their state.
Democraps LOVE to tax.
