I'm not sure what your point is.  If we rely solely on televised news media, we're in trouble.  There are so many things happening every day down there and if you don't watch out for the "spin," and read various sources of news, it's hard to make heads or tails of it all.  If you're talking about an investigation team to see what has gone wrong and what's gone right as far as response goes- we know a lot about this by looking at the timeline.

Btw, if I'm missing something, sorry, but I did have one email address from this forum blocked from my account and will miss any of his/her discussion.  It hurts me to hear blatant indiference and lack of understanding on such a concerted effort on the behalf of certain people.
