Lawyers are only good when their is proven injury or loss. You'd be surprised how helpful manufacturers can be when everything is presented to them in an organized complaint and then following up. Granted, it takes time and effort, but success is so sweet when the the problem is solved... to your satisfaction. Best Wishes W
