Yeah I plan on pursuing this because it does bother me because other of my fellow quads are counting on my opinion as a quad and as I posted I wouldn't buy another one.
I don't enjoy the fact of being used as a salesman or someone endorsing a brand to benefit a companies profit margin.
now I wouldn't mind if they put my e-mail address on there for others to ask me personally but this just seems sleezy.

I would make copies of all the materials that have your name and supposed image attached and then contact an attorney. It could be that you signed some release documents just by buying the product but I would suggest that a letter from an attys office would get to the bottom of it real quick.
