Two words that most nursing facilities fear worse than the name of GOD..... Facts and Ombusman.  Make sure that you note and record the facts and make sure that you have the telephone number of the State Ombusman or person in your region. A personal visit might be just what you need.  The name and telephone number of the Ombusman/person should be clearly displayed on the front board as you enter the waiting room of your facility.
