They should have your resident rights posted. With #’s 2 state & ombudsman on it. If not ask 4 it they’ll have to get it 4 U. or you can do as I did go 2 the nurses station and ask them 2 dial it 4 U :) that gets responses from the DON, & ADON immediately :)

A personal visit might be just what you need.  The name and telephone number of the Ombusman/person should be clearly displayed on the front board as you enter the waiting room of your facility.
