I had the Lasix eye surgery done on both eyes about seven years ago and had absolutely no problems whatsoever.  It was like a miracle the next morning when I woke up and everything was so clear.  The surgery itself did not hurt at all and is like a 10-15 minute procedure.  It's pretty cool.  I would highly recommend it.  I wore contacts before my SCI and after becoming a quad could not put them in myself, and it was too hard having someone else put them in for me and I couldn't stand wearing my glasses.  So it was totally worth it.

Have any of you ever had this Lasik eye correction surgury? It is  nice that this program is doing it for free for quads. I was interested but after reading about people that have had it done, it seems some do great but others get worse off than they were.
