Humm, I guess I see things different than you all on this one. I don't equate Handicapped Stalls with Handicapped Parking. HP provides equal access in that without them many disabled people - especially those who cannot walk or push themselves long distances - would not be able to use those services. This would be a real hardship for them - us.

HS on the other hand is a necessity for the disabled in most cases but I see nothing wrong with sharing it with the AB population. ABs have to wait their turn when all the stalls are full, why can't we wait our turn if someone is using a HS? We have no idea why an AB would use a HS. Maybe when they entered the restroom all the other stalls were full.

I guess I'm in the minority but I don't mind waiting 5 minutes for someone to vacate a HS. I'm just glad there IS one!
