hi dylan, i read your email and the symptoms you're describing is very silimar to what i had a couple years back. abnormal spasming, severe headaches, laying down increases the spasms, headaches, only sitting up helps somewhat. it is probably your bowels. no way to say this than just say it. you need a good clean out. maybe several. if its not the bowels, then id say maybe a bladder prob. maybe a combo of both. but sinse u mention intense spasm increase when pressure put on your stomach, then id start with the bowel and go from there. try a good weeks worth of milk of magnesia and an every day dose of stool softeners. stay on ur softeners after so probs dont come back. a urine test and antibiotics wouldnt hurts either. anyways, u better get it solved before ur blood pressure goes through the roof and then ur in bigger trouble.
