Primarily a rehab facility.  Your SCI/D dr. can recommend one.  An OT or PT perform the eval.  As someone stated in another post make sure they demo alot of cushions for you.
Check your local ILC as they may know.  Sometimes a clinic dealing with other disabilities has a seating clinic.  For example, a UCP or Developmental Disability Facility?
