Which vendor did you use, Billy?  I'm about ready to get a new chair.

Us quads have to be aggressive when it comes to getting chairs. It’s up to you to make sure it fits right. Never except it unless it is everything you need. If insurance won’t cover, always appeal, if the chair dealer doesn’t get what you want, complain. When you basically live in your hair, it has got to fit right. I finely figured that out. Now I go after what I need and not except just what they give.

I sure wish they were that thorough with me when they fitted me for my chair.  Although I did get out of the chair and sit in a new one, they really didn't do any of the other things you mentioned.  The vendor promised so much stuff and has failed to deliver.  Don't go with them to care if you are in Central Florida, their representation here sucks.  Right now I am saddled with a chair that doesn't fit me and about to go through the process of re-fitting.
Hopefully they will be able to get my chair (new one) where I can at least function.  I swore I would not let this happen after the mess I went through with my first wheelchair, but it has.
