what is outrageous?  that someone ends up in a w/c and has to see his best friend head out with his ex g/f?  that's pretty much real life if you ask me.  this might just make someone think b/4 going out and doing something stupid - the outrageous part might be - probably it will have no effect.  i have tried to 'teach' people not to use handicapped parking illegally - it is pretty much wasted effort.  it's tough to change a leopard's spots. o'c       In a message dated 9/25/2006 2:55:35 A.M.
