Here's what works when you have a bed buddy. I use a single specialty mattress on a simple hospital bed frame. Then I have a regular single bed pushed right beside which makes a king size bed. I use single fitted sheets for the two beds, and king size upper sheets and comforter on top to cover both. With my hospital bed frame I can make both beds exactly the same height. Now all I need is a bed buddy! Used to have one but... Sandy
