Hey all, I rely on agency help for all my care. Of course nobody wants to work on major holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, especially with the agency. Do any of you use agencies that guarantee coverage or is your coverage ultimately your responsibility? What do you do when you have nobody? The holidays are suppose to be happy times but it's tough when you don't have the help you need. Sandy
