Depending on your needs and emergencies, you should consider a backup
program using lay help or lay assistance. An owner's manual about who ya are
and
what you need, is also great for neebies in taking care of your needs.

You should have telephone numbers of local people that you can call on and
that you can trust in emergencies.

These people come from all sectors of the private and public markets. But
chosey for the non emergencies, but also have someone you can call on that
won't question your needs, but can react very quickly.

It may take time, but is well worth the effort.
Best Wishes

Hey all,
I rely on agency help for all my care. Of course nobody wants to work on
major holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, especially with
the
agency. Do any of you use agencies that guarantee coverage or is your
coverage ultimately your responsibility? What do you do when you have nobody?
The
holidays are suppose to be happy times but it's tough when you don't have the
help you need.
