My fingers have never curled up, but they sure do swell up. The only time
they resemble fingers is while I am still in bed, but once I get up the
edema swells them up -- it's not really that bad, but down in rehab, they
had me wearing gloves to try and keep the swelling down. It didn't work, so
I decided that fat fingers were better than fat fingers inside gloves. LOL.

Have a great day Joan

Hello all my name is Larry,

I watch the show every week. It's pretty good. It actually resembles my
life/injury just a bit as I was injured in football practice in college in
'97(while blitzing I collided with another player). I'm a C5 quad so it
peaked my interest more becuase I wanted to see how well they get this whole
quadlife right.
Are there any other quads out there whose fingers didn't curl up, mine
didn't.

mine didn't, they were very straight until i had tendon transfers, now they
are and both pinkies are curled tight.
