I don't think it will ever feel if you continue to get up.  My sores  will 
not and I always go to the hospital wounds Center where they can correctly  
monitor.  They also give me the necessary 
supplies and  treatment.  The used a waferlike material called fibercol that 
was very  expensive.  You would cut smaller than the wound and put inside and 
cover  with a gauze.  They would debried every couple weeks.  I remember it  
taking six months to heal and I was in bed about two years ago.  It was  caused 
by a laptop power cord getting overheated as I switch from side to side  and 
move the laptop, being under my lower bottom where your leg and bought  meet.  
I would just get up long enough to wash my hair.  I got really  sick of it 
and would've gone crazy with out my laptop.  Ha ha
