Am I the only one who admits sleeping pills? I take 30mg of Temazepam. Been thru all the over the counter stuff. My GP suggested my taking it since I wasn't sleeping but 4 hours a night.
Out of the pills so I haven't been to sleep since nite before last. But I am not tired. KK
