I have Windows XP Media Center but you can also find software. Your video
card must be a quality to accept television. At least 500 mb of Ram and a
high speed processor. Even with all this is not HD television. It does
record and is fun I guess. I would recommend having your next new computer
TV ready and see its quality before buying. The quality is not there yet I
have read.
