Hi Jessica,

I eat a lot of the South Beach foods, but not as a diet but just my
lifestyle. The food is nutritious and healthy when eaten in moderation.

last year i tried the south beach diet and it helped A LOT w/ the belly.
it's also a very healthy way to eat -- basically, after the 2 weeks of phase 1
which allows no carbs, sugars or alcohol, it concentrates on whole grains, lots
of veggies, little or no sugar, and lots of snacks to keep the metabolism up. i
lost about 10 lbs. unfortunately, i stumbled during the holidays and haven't
hopped back on the diet train. i'll be doing that real soon -- i'm getting sick
of looking at my gut :-)

  Hi all,
Does anyone know how to get rid of the "quad belly"... it's ruining
my mojo!

That Quad Belly, could be your money bag... or the result of sugars, flours
and lack of movement at
the waist. Portion control, a sugar free diet and mild physical therapy
might help towards the belly
issue. Its a discipline. A very tough discipline.
  Best Wishes
