Thanks for giving us hope, Dana :-) I will see a physical therapist on the 26th to start figuring out an exercise regimine I can do and might stick with without damaging my rotator cuffs. The diet thing is tough, but something I am getting better at as I get older. I want to start incorporating more of this "raw food diet" stuff. I can't do the whole vegan thing, but those raw food cook books have some great ideas.
