I will see a physical therapist on the 26th to start figuring out an
exercise regimine I can do and might stick with without damaging my rotator
cuffs.  The diet thing is tough, but something I am getting better at as I
get older.  I want to start incorporating more of this "raw food diet"
stuff.  I can't do the whole vegan thing, but those raw food cook books have
some great ideas.

I get sick of looking at my gut, too!  Today though, I looked with my handy
little mirror while I was in bed- not so bad!  Oh, but are we not different
people in bed ;-)  Just remember that when your mojo takes a hit, you stud!
