Hi Dillon,

I have cut caffeine out completely, and I feel better for doing it. You can
drink too much water and flush your system of what it needs to run. That's why
there is Gatorade on the shelves of the stores today, to put back what you
flush out. As for as proteins goes, they are fundamental components of all
living cells and include many substances, such as enzymes, hormones, and
antibodies, that are necessary for the proper functioning of an organism. They
are essential in the diet of animals for the growth and repair of tissue and
can be obtained from foods such as meat, fish, eggs, milk, and legumes. You
also need a good balance of carbohydrates, meat, vegetables, milk, fruit, and
some fat for a good diet. Carbohydrates includes sugars, starches, celluloses,
and gums and serves as a major energy source in the diet. If it isn't used by
the body, it will turn to sugar in the blood system. That is what diabetics
must control with either diet or insulin if it gets too
 high.

    With Love,

I wanted to thank you all for responding to my e-mail, your encouragement
and your advice. I know I will fit in somewhere because I am one hell of a guy
and it is only a matter of time before everyone knows it.

But seriously, I am going to follow up on your suggestions and keep plugging
away. After all, loneliness is a great thing to share.

I wanted to ask all of you a question that might help solve my most
immediate concern and prime factor keeping me from being more participative,
both socially and vocationally. I drink two or three glasses of Pepsi a day
and wanted to know if caffeine is so bad for one's skin that it should be
eliminated from my diet altogether or just reduced? I believe I drink plenty
of water, mostly in the morning and evening hours. Can one drink too much
water, maybe?
Also, how much protein is appropriate to eat in one day. I take protein
drinks and try to keep meat or food with protein regularly in my diet.

I just cannot find a solution to my skin problems.
