Hi Dan, You do the same thing I do. It's not always easy to get the boom where it needs to be! Or if my aid as flip the headset on wrong. I keep hitting my bed and dresser in the bedroom and sometimes getting stuck under my desk in the living room. When I am outside I have knocked off the computer onto the deck which I'm sure damage the computer because the wire got stuck in my joystick twirling me around and this happened two times. Last year I use strong Velcro to hold more securely to my table outside, which is not really tall enough for my Permobil. The first computer was destroyed for good by my aid that picked it up by the screen and destroyed the screen. The second one, my hard drive quit working. My third one I have yet to get, it needs the Dragon 9.5 and another of MG of RAM before I can use so I'm waiting for my brother to get both of these and put it in, but he is out of town and state a lot with his radiology business. I hope I get before summer is over and I can use outside. I'm sure you know how that goes waiting on family which I am very fortunate he has helped me with my computers. My bedroom computer needs something we don't know quite what it is, maybe motherboard, and probably more RAM I'm guessing, although I know nothing about computers. Know-brainer just got 9.5 Dragon professionally in that will work with their 06 KnowBrainer. Luckily my living room computer has on-site repair from micro Center although HP, so at least I won't have to worry about it. The laptop has repair but you have to take send it in although somehow he took back to the store, Sam's Club for me. My computers always make me think of what Rosanna Danna always said on Saturday night live,""Well, Jane, it just goes to show you, it's always something" , She was my favorite character.
