My right buttock feels exactly like I am sitting on a thumb tack and
wiggling around on it. Nice. Other times it feels like a branding iron is
being applied. Even nicer. Both are accompanied by streams of cold sweat.
Wonderful. Quad life is just a thrill a minute............not.

Thankfully I don't need pain medication for my problems, at least not yet.
I usually describe the pain on the right side of my neck as being like a
horrific sunburn that someone is clawing at with dagger like nails.
During the summer my pain seems to be most intense in the mornings and when
it is raining, but fortunately it abates after I have been up and moving
around for a little while. The winter is a whole other story. Of course,
there's also the intermittent burning pain just under my left clavicle.

and your heart goes down and you die. Most quadriplegics can actually prove
the medical value of marijuana as a short term nerve pain medicine. I doubt
any of us are taking drugs we don't need.
