All of the states are equally as bad, just in different phases.  CMS  
rejection rate is better than 50% and often claims are resubmitted several 
times  
before acceptance.  DME are learning very quickly that CMS is very serious  
about 
their new rules concerning powered wheel devices.
 
Manufacturers have been preparing for this for more than 2 years as they  
lobbied and tried to fight CMS with those chairs already produced and  shipped. 
 
Those in the middle of the chain are the ones beginning to  realize what is 
happening.
 
Competitive bidding is around the corner.  That will promote more  problems 
too.
