[QUAD-L] question about spasms control?

Hello I'm a C5 C6 complete Quad for 22 years now, just now experiencing strong 
bladder spasms or stomach spasms makes my legs shake and hips shake feels like 
someone sitting on my stomach? does anyone have advice what to do? I'm already 
on high dosage of bacofen. maximin.. 3 tabs of 10mg x 4 times a day
