Carlton I was taking the same dose of bacofen that you are and and still had spasms. Doctor put me on 20 mg 4 times of bacofen and 6 mg of tizanidine 4 times a day, spasms aren't completely under control, but much inproved. If you DR is up for it try it. If this helps, but your spasm still aren't where you want them, contact me and there is another addition that might help.
