You may want to let your doctor know. Sounds like bladder stones but I'm only 
guessing.

Your bladder spasms may be stimulating your abdominal muscles to contract as 
well. It feels like the breath is being squeezed out of you. I have the same 
problem. Ditropan usually helps. I think most folks on the list take it.
