Yes he should and I should've known better because he had to ask me how to get to the batteries and then wouldn't work on it in the same room where I could watch. He took it outside where it was around 95 that day and I told him to work inside where it was cool but he insisted. I don't know if the chair will work but it was put out with a big glass of water so probably not.
