If they send the same guy to fix it I will be scared to be in my chair
alone.

I’m not sure what I’m going to do but I’m definitely calling my lawyer just
in case and I’m taking pics of how this moron put my chair back together.

Are the batteries okay? I would call the dealer that sent the tech out and
demand new batteries. If he had to do this while you couldn't see, he
obviously had no idea what he was doing or repairing them. If the batteries
are the same ones, I'd be afraid to sit in the chair, especially alone.
