Im told voc rehab is about getting people back to work, they will buy the mods on a cars or van after you have committed to your job or full load at college. If you are working and have a good record with them, and havent asked for much, you might get them to pay some but expect a two year wait, by the youll be too old and grey to ride, lol ron c7
