I'll take a shot and say I think you are asking about stem cell injections to the damaged area of the spinal cord. This operation is only being performed in China. They may not have American technology but they are having some success in stem cell treatments and operations. They have had some success with MS and Parkinson's. I believe someone from the list went to china about a year ago. I don't know how he or she is doing, though. There is a group of Chinese doctors claiming very fast recovery times with transplants that are accompanied with stem cells. By the time Bush leaves office China may be sporting medical treatments 25 years ahead of America. Here's hoping they share their notes.
