No faith healer has produced an honest miracle with a SCI. Right now most of us are hoping stem cells may unlock some spinal injuries but China is the only nation doing anything with stem cells and while they are leaping ahead of us, I don't know of anyone regaining significant function. China simply hasn't got the technological capabilities America has. Without sounding political, many of us are awaiting Mr Bush's exit from office so that we can at least see if theres hope to repair nerve tissues with stem cells. Someone from this list went to China about a year or so ago. I can't find the thread to tell you who it was or what the results were. I'm hoping someone else will read this and fill in the blanks.
