I think the doctors are being generous and very optimistic. And that is
good too.
However, doctors like firemen, will say the fire is "Struck" but will stick
around for
awhile to see if their are any hotspots.
I truly wish the best for Mr. Everett and hope for a complete recovery for
him. I also hope that he
is able to return to football and have a successful career.
I'd wait 30 days before passing on too much hope. Granted its going to be
difficult, but not impossible.

they are very hopeful for him walking again.
while I was in rehab, a gal came in who had stretched her spine over the
steering wheel in a car accident. everything popped right back into place
with 'no' damage. she was walking with a walker and had very quad spastic
looking hands. - not exactly 'no' damage. I don't know how she turned out.
